About me
I'm a Service Manager at Ironguard IT, where I'm the primary client-facing IT Manager for our managed services clients. I act as the bridge between technical teams and business leadership, aligning IT services with business goals, budgets, and risk tolerance.
Day to day I administer network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, and wireless), cloud services like Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID, and endpoints, patching, backup, and security tooling. I also mentor technicians in both technical skills and customer communication.
Before moving into IT management, I ran full-scope operations at BMI Distribution, covering accounting, B2B sales, and warehouse logistics. I'm currently studying Computer Science at MSJC.
